The memorandum was signed during LEAP 2026 by Eng. Buthaina Almesaad, Chief Executive Officer, representing Nourah Information Technology Company, and Mr. Tariq Alsadhan, Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East and North Africa, representing Watania Solutions for Communications and Information Technology.
The cooperation aims to build joint capabilities in sovereign applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity, strengthening the readiness of the digital ecosystem for protection and continuity requirements.
It also covers applying artificial intelligence and automation within the shared development environment on Nourah Cloud, enabling the design and operation of advanced sovereign solutions that meet the needs of mission-critical organizations.
