The memorandum was signed during LEAP 2026 by Eng. Buthaina Almesaad, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of Nourah Information Technology Company, and Mr. Thamer Alotaibi, Chief Technology Officer, on behalf of CIPHER.
Areas of cooperation include technology and security solutions and products, and exploring joint investment opportunities, supporting the development of both parties’ cybersecurity ecosystems.
The agreement also provides a framework for cooperation on developing joint technology and security solutions and projects, and for exploring new opportunities to combine the two parties’ expertise in this field.
