As part of the company’s participation in LEAP 2026, Eng. Buthaina Almesaad, Chief Executive Officer, signed the memorandum on behalf of Nourah Information Technology Company with Tencent Cloud, represented by Ms. Rachel Xie, General Manager for the Middle East.
Areas of cooperation include artificial intelligence solutions and cloud services, as well as data and analytics, opening the way to joint solutions and shared technical expertise in these fields.
The memorandum also covers exploring joint technical and commercial opportunities, helping build partnerships that bring together national capabilities and global expertise.
The cooperation is part of Nourah Cloud’s drive to broaden its partnerships and strengthen its presence in the cloud technology ecosystem, supporting innovation and digital transformation and keeping pace with developments in the technology sector.
