The memorandum was signed during LEAP 2026 by Eng. Buthaina Almesaad, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of Nourah Information Technology Company, and Mr. Mohammed Albogami, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of Ejad Tech Information Technology.
The cooperation also focuses on applying modern technologies, led by artificial intelligence, to develop national and sovereign solutions that build local technical capabilities and strengthen the innovation ecosystem.
The memorandum is part of Nourah Information Technology Company’s drive to expand its partnerships with specialized national companies and support the development of technical talent and capabilities, in line with the Kingdom’s digital transformation and innovation goals.
