The signing ceremony took place during LEAP 2026. The agreement was signed by Eng. Buthaina Almesaad, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of Nourah Information Technology Company, and by Mr. Mukhled Almukhlifi, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of the Saudi Cloud Computing Association.
Areas of cooperation include supporting cloud transformation in the government sector, building national cloud skills, and strengthening data sovereignty and governance practices in the digital environment.
The agreement also covers cooperation on establishing a women’s cloud center of excellence, strengthening the presence of women in the cloud computing sector and supporting specialized national capabilities in the field.
The agreement builds on Nourah Information Technology Company’s commitment to advancing sovereign cloud solutions and forming quality partnerships with specialized organizations, contributing to a technology ecosystem that is better prepared for the demands of digital transformation in the Kingdom.
