The agreement was signed on behalf of Noura Information Technology Company by its Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Ohoud Al-Nayel, while Dr. Dina Al-Hammadi, Dean of the Institute of Development and Consulting Services, represented the Institute.
The agreement aims to develop and operate an integrated digital loyalty program tailored for the female and male employees of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, based on a sustainable operating model built on revenue sharing. This initiative seeks to enhance beneficiary experience and expand the network of strategic partners supporting the program.
The scope of work includes operating the e-commerce store and mobile application, managing services, support, and marketing activities, as well as overseeing partners in accordance with best technical and operational practices. Under the agreement, Noura Information Technology Company will be responsible for the implementation and operation of the technical solutions and overall program management, while the Institute of Development and Consulting Services will participate in the generated revenues according to agreed-upon ratios—achieving integration between technical, operational, and academic expertise.
